Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 business days for most orders. Larger bulk orders may require additional time. We will provide an estimated ship date upon order confirmation.

Absolutely. While our Tag Builder covers the most common requests, we are a full-service engraving shop. Please use our Contact page to inquire about custom materials, sizes, or complex designs.

In the Tag Builder, you can download a CSV template. Simply fill out the spreadsheet with the specifications for each tag you need and upload it back to the tool. All your tags will be added to your quote instantly.

For the best results, we recommend vector file formats such as SVG, AI, or EPS. We can also work with high-resolution raster images like PNG or JPG. If you have questions about your file, please contact our support team.

During registration, you can check the "Tax Exempt" box and upload a copy of your W-9 form. If you've already created an account, you can upload your form from the "Edit Profile" page. Our team will review your document and update your account status, typically within one business day.

We primarily ship via UPS and USPS for nationwide delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped, which you can also view on your profile's order history.
