TagBuilder Return & Replacement Policy

Custom Product Policy

Each item we produce is custom-engraved to your specifications. Because every order is unique, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as customer typos, design changes, or incorrect selections. Please review your text, material, and quantity carefully before placing your order.

Our Accuracy Guarantee

If we make an error, such as engraving text that does not match your order confirmation, using the wrong color, or sending the wrong material, we will remake and ship corrected tags at no cost to you. You generally do not need to return the original items unless we specifically request them for verification.

Damaged or Defective Items

Our products are extremely durable and rarely arrive damaged. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. If the issue is verified, we will promptly remake and reship the affected items.

How to Request a Replacement

To request a remake or report a problem, please email us at support@tagbuilder.net with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the affected item(s)
• A brief description of the issue

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Customer input or spelling errors
• Design changes after the order is placed
• Normal wear and tear after delivery
• Any product where the engraving matches the order confirmation

We genuinely want every customer to be happy with their order. While all replacement or refund decisions are made at our sole discretion, our promise is simple: if we make a mistake, we’ll make it right — quickly, fairly, and at no cost to you.
