TagBuilder Shipping Policy

Production Time

Every item is custom-engraved to order at our shop in Waterford, Pennsylvania. Most orders are produced and handed to the carrier within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. The expected production time for each product is shown on its product page.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping: $7.95 flat rate anywhere in the United States.
• Free standard shipping on all orders of $49 or more.
• Some products include their own flat shipping rate (including free shipping on select items); when that applies, the rate is shown directly on the product page and at checkout.

Your exact shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you pay.

Carriers & Delivery

We ship via USPS and UPS from Waterford, PA 16441. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Typical transit time within the United States is 2–5 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within about a week of purchase.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product and we will remake and reship the affected items promptly. See our Return & Replacement Policy for details.
