Accessibility Statement

TagBuilder by Solid Ideas wants everyone to be able to shop for and order tags on tagbuilder.net. That includes people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnifiers, voice control, or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We check pages as we build and change them, and we fix problems as we find them.

What we have done so far

• Text descriptions (alt text) on product photos and tag previews
• Labels on search boxes, form fields, quantity boxes, and checkout fields
• A "Skip to content" link, plus menus and buttons you can reach with the keyboard
• Page headings and landmarks, so screen-reader users can jump between sections
• Pages that zoom and reflow on phones, tablets, and large-text settings

Known limitations

• The live tag preview in our online designer is a picture. Everything you type also goes into ordinary text fields, but a screen reader can't read the preview image itself. If you'd like, send us your tag text and we will email back a written proof before anything is made.
• Some PDFs, such as spec sheets and older quotes, may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask and we will send the same information in another format.
• Older pages may still have gaps we haven't found yet. If you hit one, please tell us.

If anything on this site is hard to use, contact us and we will help you place your order another way. You can email us your list in any format (a spreadsheet, a photo, or plain text) and we will build the order for you, at the same price as ordering online.
